Awesome selection of Japanese alcohol. This shop's 'sake' menu is literally thicker than Oxford dictionary. Good staff, fast service and great place to hang out.

Visited around 7:30pm on weekdays. It was almost full. Most likely payment will be cash only. There was a QR code system for ordering, but it was extremely difficult to understand. I think it would be nice if you could think about the screen composition a little more... ■Japanese sake comparison set There is a sake master, so be sure to ask for a sake comparison set! It was great to drink ``Juyondai'', which is said to be a fantastic sake. It really tastes like water, and is so famous that even my companions who don't drink sake could drink it. ■Carp sashimi This is my first carp. It is chewy and has a slightly fishier taste than sea bream. It was delicious. When I looked into it, I found out that most people eat it with vinegared miso. If I had eaten it with vinegared miso, the slight fishy smell might have gone away. ■Sautéed maitake mushrooms It was a recommended menu that changes daily, and it was really delicious. Black Maitake mushrooms are highly rare and are the highest quality Maitake mushrooms that are sold at the highest prices on the market. The aroma, flavor, and texture were certainly exceptional. I really want to eat somewhere else. ■Neneme Beef Rare Steak Koriyama brand beef "Uneme Beef". It was insanely delicious. It's a way of eating that you can't eat unless it's fresh. I could simply enjoy the taste of the meat itself. ■Sea squirt sashimi I had eaten salted fish before, but this was my first time trying sashimi. It was thick and the taste of the sea spread throughout my mouth. A mysterious shellfish that has both sweet and salty tastes. It was the perfect drink to go with it. ■Stuffed shiitake mushrooms with meat It was insanely delicious. It's stuffed with meat, or rather like shiitake mushrooms stuck in a hamburger steak. The thick shiitake mushrooms didn't lose their flavor at all and were amazing. I will come again! Thank you for the meal!

Nomihodai's unique way of ordering sake... The staff were also very fun and friendly. The dishes were also fresh and delicious!! I came from Kyoto, but it was a little disappointing that they kept serving Kyoto Nihonshu ^^;;
