I came to the store for the launch. Although it had just opened, there were a few other customers, so I thought it would be crowded in the future. I felt that my hands were busy from the beginning, and my expectations only increased. I gathered a lot of information and came to the conclusion that sake is the only place here lol So, I ordered mainly fish, sashimi, and grilled dishes, all of which go well with sake. The first thing I ordered was a sake called Hirotogawa. I never thought I'd be able to drink Omachi rice sake right in Iwaki. Compared to the sake I drank in Kurashiki, I had the impression that the aroma was more outstanding than the taste. It goes so well with fish dishes that I ended up ordering lots of it. After all, I think the good thing about Japanese sake is that it is made to match delicious local food. Next is a sake called Tenmei. As I was drinking it, I thought it would go well with vegetables, so I thought it was selfish of me to order warm vegetables that weren't on the menu. The result was a big hit, and personally, it tasted best when paired with asparagus. The atmosphere of the store was calm and the employees were very cooperative, so I felt very comfortable.

The freshness of the ingredients is outstanding. The deliciousness of the ingredients is maximized. It was delicious. The personality of the master is also great. The gap between the rustic exterior and the sophisticated interior was a nice surprise. Determined to be a repeat customer.

It was located in a quiet back alley and I didn't know if I was allowed to enter, but the owner was a very cheerful person and taught me how to eat delicious sashimi. Everything I ate was delicious.
