I stayed at a certain facility for a week. Breakfast was light and vegetable-based, lunch was a bento box with salad with delicious dressing, and dinner was often a filling bento box. I was especially surprised at how delicious the fried chicken, shumai, and fish were. There are some side dishes that can be reused, but they were good for the body as they were seasoned with vinegar and had plenty of vegetables to go with the rice. To be honest, I was worried that the lunch box would irritate my skin, but I was able to eat a nutritionally balanced meal and my skin felt great! lol thank you very much!
