Nasu, Tochigi, Japan｜Tiny House Baker 織 -ori-

This is my first time visiting. I've been watching it on Instagram and have always wanted to go there someday! I was able to go because it coincided with my day off. After a thorough explanation, I bought cookies and eclairs. I was lucky, and the road to get there was amazing, lol, but if I had the chance, I would have gone and bought it! Thank you very much today!

I like eclairs and the reviews were good, so I went there on my Sunday off. The photo shows fruit eclairs (650 yen each😺as of April 16, 2023) It had a nice balance of fruit, fresh cream, and custard on a thin, crispy dough😺 There are a few things to keep in mind when going to the store. 1. When buying souvenirs for family members, each family can only buy up to 4 eclairs 😺 The store is quite small (about 2-3 tsubo?), so there aren't many eclairs (I guess they're almost sold out near closing time?) 2. The road 400 to 500 meters from the store is only wide enough for one car, so if you pass each other, you have no choice but to avoid where you can. Furthermore, there are places where the mountain road is not paved and has caved in. Therefore, we do not recommend coming by car larger than a minivan. If you are not good at driving, I think it is better not to go 😺 3. A beautiful lady (maybe the owner?) is the only one working there, so you'll have to wait quite a while if you're in line. Especially for customers who are visiting for the first time, they will carefully introduce the eclairs to you (lol). If that road wasn't there, I'd like to go there again 😺 (lol)

A shop famous for its eclairs. I bought a strawberry eclair and a banana and caramel eclair. I personally recommend caramel. However, it is pound cake that holds down the signboard eclair and is delicious. Highly recommended and highly fragrant. This store is hard to find and may run out of stock, so be careful. If you want to buy it, it seems that the morning is good.
