2023.9/23 The hot dog buns at the nearby Toyonmon Cafe were delicious, and I saw that they were made by Kayanuma Bakery, so I came here. It opens at 10:00, and when I went there around 12:30, there were only about 3 types of bread left, and I realized that it was a very popular store, so my expectations were high. I bought some leftover croissants, hard bread with dried fruit, and pain au chocolat, and they were all delicious, especially the buttery flavor that came out the more I bit into the croissant, which was super delicious! !

Anyway, everything is delicious. The photo is of a fig tart. They are often closed on weekday evenings as they are sold out. I'm sure it will be Saturday morning. I love melange. The deli is also delicious. The sandwiches are also delicious. Croissants, rusks, and canelés. Everything is delicious! I end up buying too much.

This bakery is a hidden gem in Oyama town. To be honest, the inside of the store is quite compact, and it felt like the owner was managing the store by himself, but there are many types of bread, and you can enjoy a variety of breads. I've been to many different bakeries over the past few years, but this one is definitely one to watch.
