[Things you want to eat/recommended] ・Temari Gyoza 10 pieces 750 yen ・10 vegetable dumplings 690 yen ・Shrimp gyoza (limited to the first of the month) 10 pieces 1150 yen The store is located along the prefectural road in Misato, Azumino City. It's a small shop with a parking lot that can accommodate about 3 cars, and they mainly sell frozen gyoza to-go, but they also do eat-in gyoza. The shop has just opened, and seems to have spun off from Gyozabo Hizuki, a famous gyoza specialty store in Matsumoto City. You can enjoy carefully selected gyoza that is a little different from the gyoza you eat on a daily basis. The take-out frozen gyoza comes in units of 10, and there are about three types of standard gyoza, as well as limited-time menu items such as shrimp and dandan. The size is a little larger than a bite-sized gyoza, so I think it's a little expensive for a frozen gyoza. I used to work at the shop before I became independent, but the size, the way it's made, the taste, etc., seem to be completely different. It looks like additive-free gyoza made with ingredients produced within the prefecture, and the overall flavor is gentle yet rich. Temari Gyoza has plenty of pork in it, and the juices come out so much that the soup pools on the plate. The seeds have a very strong connection and feel more meaty and voluminous. The skin is chewy even when baked or boiled, and its rounded shape makes it difficult to tear and looks cute. The vegetable gyoza is flavored with garlic and has quite a punch. The limited time Dandan Gyoza has a very authentic flavor with a gentle base and strong pepper, and it was especially delicious when made into boiled gyoza. I thought it would be nice to be able to eat and compare the fried gyoza dumplings in groups of 3. The good news is that the chewy gyoza skin is delicious whether you make it into fried gyoza or boiled gyoza. Since it is a new store, you can look forward to the extensive eat-in menu and limited-time gyoza. <Revisit> I often come here when I want to eat gyoza at home. This time, I visited for the first time to try the shrimp gyoza, which is only available at the beginning of the month. It's a small shop with a limited parking lot and limited seating, so I get the impression that eating in isn't very relaxing. However, since most people use takeout, I think rotation is good. The dumplings are about the average size, but they look cute and are delicious whether baked or boiled. The skin is firm and firm, and considering the size, they are a little on the thick side. I think it's easy to cook at home because it has a firm skin. Although they are frozen dumplings that require cooking, they cost around 70 yen each, so they may seem a bit high-end, but I really appreciate the care and quality of the ingredients. All of them have plenty of toppings, are juicy, and have a good seasoning. Meat dumplings have a thick meaty texture and are full of flavor. Each shrimp gyoza costs more than 100 yen, but it has such a strong shrimp flavor that it feels cheap. It seems that a large amount of shrimp is used for the seeds, and I like the difference in texture between the fillet and the paste. Whether boiled or grilled, the broth comes out well like meat juice, making it an extremely delicious dish. This is a restaurant where you can see through the food that the food is made with great care and care, using quality ingredients. <Revisit> The store has traditionally focused on takeout, and in recent years, it has also simplified payment and product pick-up through online ordering, and is working to keep up with the current times. It used to be a dine-in restaurant, but after renovations, it has become a take-out restaurant. In addition to regular frozen dumplings, you can also take out baked dumplings. In addition to gyoza, they also sell tsukemen, etc., and each meal is priced at around 450 yen, so I'll keep an eye out for this in the future. All of our dumplings have chewy, firm skins, so they are easy to cook and can be enjoyed either grilled or boiled. The shrimp gyoza, which is available in limited quantity at the beginning of the month, gives the impression that a lot of effort has been put into the amount of shrimp used. In addition, there are many new gyoza that are only available for a limited time, and I like that they have a handmade feel to them, but many of them have a strong flavor. I think the gyoza is a dish that you can enjoy and feel at ease with detailed explanations of the ingredients.

Last time I visited, it was closed, so I was able to purchase it for the first time this time😄 I bought "Temari", "Shrimp" and "Negi" and had them with my family. It was well received~☺️ Everything was delicious~😋 "Ebi" was full of plump big prawns and I was surprised 😳 "Temari" is very popular with children❗ I like green onions☺️ I want to buy again 🤗

The skin is chewy and seasoned well. Let's take out lunch at a shop we've never been before and go home while we're nearby! And find it on Google Maps and go! It was a big hit. Although the frontage is narrow, frozen dumplings were lined up like gelato as soon as I entered the clean and stylish store. Since it was my first time, I ordered the standard gyoza, chicken & perilla, and non-standard curry gyoza, and bought frozen gyoza pot soup and mini-sized gyoza as souvenirs. Whether gyoza is grilled or boiled, I'm happy to say Yoshi. I took it home and reheated it in a frying pan instead of the recommended 30 seconds in the microwave. There are 6 servings per person, so 2 adults got 9 per person with salad, gyoza and beer. It has a strong flavor so you can eat it as is, but the chicken and shiso leaves look delicious with ponzu sauce. Curry gyoza is a spiced keema curry wrapped in a chewy skin, perfect for beer! All of them can be done without sauce, but the saltiness is weak, so it seemed like you could have as many pieces as you want. It seems to be a repeater.
