Tanmen 600 yen Handmade noodles are a solid type. Strong and delicious noodles. The soup is gentle and tireless. The volume is also great. The 300 yen gyoza dumplings are extremely delicious, with chewy skin and plenty of firm filling. I think this is a delicious gyoza. I went here for the first time and the tanmen was super delicious! Personally, I think the noodles are the best. I also ordered gyoza, but I couldn't finish it lol It's a store I want to go to again. －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ I went there today (2/4) as well. Add chito pepper to tanmen for a dramatic effect! It's very filling with lots of vegetables. The noodles were so delicious that I was able to finish it all. I guess this amount is the limit for me lol
