Champonmen is a slightly thick soup with bean sprouts, pork, corn, shiitake mushrooms, menma, cabbage, carrots, chives, and kamaboko. And it was a luxurious ingredient. Hand-made ramen is simple and traditional ramen. The ingredients are seaweed, menma, green onion, naru, seaweed, and chashu. Staying time 15 minutes I ordered "Negi Charshu Men (thin noodles) 1080 yen". It had green onions, spicy green onions, wakame seaweed, menma, and chashu pork on top. It had a very simple taste.
