Lunch is delicious, affordable and wonderful. However, I think the true value of this restaurant is the food at night. Reservations are required at night, and you can enjoy Japanese cuisine that does not allow the owner to compromise.

It's delicious no matter what you eat. I think one of the reasons is that the flavor of the [dashi] that is the base comes out very well.
