An old soba restaurant that I often go to for a long time! Both soba and udon are handmade, and my personal favorite is udon! I love the smooth texture and chewy noodles! (Sorry for all the udon names below.) I also love how to fry tempura here, and when I want to eat shrimp with a big shrimp as I see it, there is no cut or deception with clothes. If you want to eat the biggest shrimp, tempura! Tenzaru is a boat-shaped dish with noodles and seaweed, and various types of tempura on top. The batter with a very crispy texture is irresistible... However, basically only one person is frying, and since it is freshly fried, if you don't have time, should you avoid it when it's crowded? About 30 minutes after the store opens in the morning is my personal goal, even for my stomach. I also like the grated yam because it's easy to eat because it's stretched with homemade sauce. I especially love to add soba water at the end of roro udon. I'm happy that the tororo set meal also has a little tempura on it! I like other menus too. When I went there for the first time in a while, I was happy that the seasonal menu Nabeyaki was available all year round and I could eat it even in the summer. The soba and grated yam set meals were delicious. Nabeyaki udon came out in a boiling state. The vegetable tempura was burnt. The tatami room, which is lined with a lot of things, has the atmosphere of a shop in a tourist spot. The waiting time after ordering was a little long.

I visited Nasu Kogen for the first time in a long time... There are many famous restaurants, but I suddenly wanted to eat soba from Furusato, so I stopped by for lunch. I immediately ordered Tenzaru Soba... Soba and crispy tempura served in a boat-shaped bowl were dipped in a rich soba soup and was delicious.
