More Comments at Google MapI came here from Fukuyama because I wanted to try it because it was highly rated in the reviews here. The store is located in a location that is a bit difficult to find without a navigation system (in front of a fishing port?). After thinking about it, I ordered tempura udon (710 yen) and Inari sushi (160 yen). After receiving your order, the shopkeeper will hand-deliver it to you. That's totally rare these days. ``I'll have to wait a little bit, but is that okay?'' the owner says. I didn't come here to eat standing udon noodles. As long as I can eat delicious udon, I'm willing to pay as much as I want (lol). In reality, you only have to wait about 10 minutes. The udon noodles are hand-cut and are irregular, but they are smooth and firm. One shrimp is not enough (I later learned that there are various types of prawns on the menu!). The ``tsuyu'' is an important part of udon, and it is very delicious. It has an elegant light taste, neither sweet nor spicy. At first, it didn't seem to be enough, but as I continued to eat it, I realized how profound it was. Is it the kelp and bonito flakes soup stock? Inari sushi is Kansai style triangular Inari rice with Kinshi egg and Kamaboko. Nostalgic yet delicious! I came all the way from Fukuyama, but it was worth it!
It gets crowded around noon, so I went before 12:00. I ate kitsune udon The fried rice was slightly sweet, light and delicious. I also added one piece of fox sushi. The udon noodles had a nostalgic taste that reminded me of the ones I had in my neighborhood when I was a child, and the soup stock tasted good and was light and delicious. I drank it all 😊 It's a very cozy shop where couples get along well (^-^) side menu? The fried rice that was suitable for Seems to be popular based on reviews I would like to try it next time♫
Delicious❣️ The udon noodles are handmade, and the noodles vary in thickness, which is also my favorite. Plum udon is now available as a set meal... Plums have a strong sweetness. The owner is also very nice. For some reason, The fried rice came out well.
