Okayama, Japan｜Mendoku Sagariya

An authentic Japanese yakiniku place, with lots on the menu to choose from. The BBQ items are cooked as you order them so it’s made fresh and served hot. The prices are very reasonable, and the dishes are amazing!

I visited Mendoku Sagariya with a friend for dinner after work. We both ordered 2 set meals, I was happy to be able to size up my portion of rice for very cheap. The set meals were packed with food. Everything was delicious as well as very filling also. The meat portions are generous and the food didn’t take long to arrive either. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes meat dishes or Japanese set meals. I will visit again, thank you very much.

Mouth watering はらみ cuts of beef in a delicious sauce. The set also comes with rice, a nice little salad, soup and kimchi. Apparently rice refills are free, though I didn't find it necessary to try. さがり屋 provides a welcomed alternative from all the noodles and tonkatsu out there!
