More Comments at Google MapIt is located down an alley from the main road. I visited during dinner. It was packed with students and young office workers. This is a store that is supported by everyone. I'm satisfied with the price, quality, and choice of set meals. A large serving of rice is free, and there are furikake and pickled plums on the table. There's also a good amount of vegetables. Moreover, it is very fresh. The miso soup also had carrots in it, which gave me the feeling that they were thinking about the customers. I had the chicken cutlet set meal, and the fried food was also good. Although the husband was alone, he responded very quickly. There were four customers, each ordering a different set meal, but it didn't seem like it took a long time. I received a 50 yen discount coupon for my next visit. It was an ideal store. It may have been a coincidence, but there were overwhelmingly many male customers. If you're looking for a quick convenience store bento, this is a restaurant I'd recommend for its nutritional value. Or a restaurant where you can order take-out.
I went to a restaurant near where I was going. If you look at the sign at the entrance, most of the various set meals, including daily set meals, are priced at 550 yen. I immediately ordered the Karaage set meal. Freshly made food is served immediately, and 4 pieces of fried chicken are served. The thigh meat is soft and juicy. The miso soup is also delicious with a good dashi stock. On the table, there were free rice accompaniments, furikake and pickled plums. It was simply good. They also sell coupons, so it seemed like a place where you could eat at a great value with just one coin. At this price, you get a large serving of rice for free.
This is a little-known shop that I found by chance. In this day and age of high prices, I was surprised to be able to get a set meal for 550 yen including tax. The taste was close to the comforting home-cooked taste, and the quantity was just right. What's more, a large serving of rice is free. There are many kinds of menus, and at night, drinks and snacks, and of course, meals are 550 yen just like lunch! The owner and his wife are both very nice and it's a nice shop. This is also a recommended shop that you should visit when you go to Okayama!
