I visited here last week to have lunch. It’s a small but popular local restaurant so it’s either full or fills up with people quickly. I’d say it’s best to get there early to find a seat. I ordered the omurice with a side order of 2 kaarage. The omurice is this restaurants signature dish and tasted great. The fried chicken was huge and juicy too, it tasted so good that I would say it’s probably the best kaarage I have ever had. For the amount of food and the quality of what you are served it’s very cost effective. My total was only ¥1000 and I would have been happy to spend more. Recommended if you want to enjoy some simple, well prepared and delicious food.

The taste is good, the quantity is large, and the price is low. It's a good old-fashioned Western restaurant with nothing to complain about. It's crowded at lunchtime, so it can be difficult for workers to get there, but if there's no line, it's worth the effort to enter. The menu has a wide variety of meat dishes, and for around 800 yen you can get a second helping of rice, making it a great option for people who eat a lot. The seasoning is strong, like eating out, so you end up consuming more white rice. Most of the customers come from workers who eat hearty meals, but we also occasionally see people who come just for the classic, beautiful omelette rice. The inside of the restaurant is small and the distance from other diners is close, so it may not be suitable if you bring small children or want to enjoy a leisurely meal. There is no dedicated parking lot, so if you come by car, you will need to use a nearby coin parking lot. As mentioned above, there are many employees visiting the restaurant, and the food is served quickly, so I think the turnover rate is good. Even if you hear that the cost performance is good, there are many patterns in which you are dissatisfied with the performance, but this is a set meal restaurant that has good cost performance in the true sense of the word and that you want to visit regularly.

This is a set restaurant near the Okayama branch of the Chugoku Electric Power Company along Akura-dori in Uchiyamashita. It is a narrow and deep shop like an eel bed. There are many table seats. I ordered a daily set meal for 750 yen at the store. It says fried chicken with cheese, pork stew and green salad. All of them are rich in flavor and sufficient in quantity. Rice is self-serve and sprinkle is free. This makes me happy! I came to Uchiyamashita for the first time, but it seems that there are many attractive shops. I will come for a walk again!
