More Comments at Google MapIn Kurashiki, I went to a restaurant whose signature dish was handmade udon. The store is almost full. I entered the store thinking about what kind of udon I should have, but all the customers in front of me were eating ramen. So, I ordered ramen for 530 yen and 1 piece of inari sushi for 120 yen. When I got the ramen, it wasn't just a simple combination of Chinese noodles in a Japanese-style udon soup, but the soup had lard added to it, giving it a taste similar to salt ramen. The soup was piping hot and went well with the noodles I ordered at Katame. The toppings were well-balanced, including grilled pork, menma, and green onions. The inari sushi was made right in front of me, and it was freshly made and delicious. Are you a couple? An old-fashioned udon restaurant run by two people. I was very satisfied with the price and quality.
The price is more reasonable than other stores. The ramen is Japanese-style Chinese noodles, so it is recommended for those who like Chinese noodles. I felt like Suwaki's ramen had a little bit of seafood soup stock in it. The noodles are a little thick. The udon noodles also had a very nostalgic taste. The person sitting next to me also ordered a bowl of rice and it looked delicious, but we couldn't finish it and gave up.
An udon restaurant that has been in business since the Showa era. Udon and katsudon are delicious, but now I'm coming for ramen. I have a preconceived notion about udon restaurants, so I order ramen while feeling immoral. Since the price setting has been cheap for a long time, it is kind to your wallet. Although it is not written on the menu this time, I ordered a ramen set meal with pork noodles (860 yen). The char siu here is soft and the flavor of the soy sauce sauce is firmly soaked, which I like. The soup is also Japanese-style, light and unique.
