I can eat a well-balanced meal and am satisfied with the amount. Personally, I would be happy if there were a little more vegetables. Multi-grain hijiki rice is very delicious. Rice and miso soup can be prepared as desired.

You'll also be happy to have free refills of the rice and miso soup for the delicious main dish. There are plenty of small bowls too, so you're sure to be satisfied!
