Atami, Shizuoka, Japan｜Uonao-tei

We came to visit the Kiunkaku villa and as lunch time arrived, we sat in this restaurant. Very warm welcome from the staff who made the effort to explain the menu to us. We really liked the fried mackerel. Thank you for your welcome.

I came to the store on a weekday at noon. Although the store had just opened, it was full, but I wondered if there was a tatami room in the back. I also guided you there. We ordered two types of set meals for lunch, the difference being fried or grilled dried fish, and both came with a delicious sashimi platter. It was a satisfying lunch. There are two parking lots nearby, which is helpful.

When I went to Atami for my husband's work, my husband found it online. I went. The store goes up the stairs to the second floor. The shop is small with counter seats and 4 tatami mats (horizontal kotatsu). I entered the store almost as soon as it opened, and out of the various menus, I decided on seafood bowl. I ordered a single fried horse mackerel item and my husband ordered a sashimi platter set meal? I ordered Toshishamo. Immediately after we ordered, other customers came in, and the counter seats and tatami mats (horigotatsu) were almost full. I'm sorry that the restaurant seemed busy because we ordered a lot, but the set meal came with sashimi, tempura, grilled fish and rice, miso soup, and pickles. Along with the food, a side of bean curd with white dressing came out. There was also a single fried horse mackerel item and a lunch menu, so I was hesitant so I ordered the single item, but the single fried horse mackerel item was large, meaty, and delicious. The rice bowl came with miso soup and pickles. Anyway, I'm glad that all the food was delicious. There is a parking space for 2 cars a little further away. A shop I would like to visit again if I have a chance.
