Hands down, the best soba experience. The owner was so lovely, we had such great convos with him and learned a lot about soba making and can truly feel the love put into it. I’ve never had such fresh soba, and the hospitality was so nice - would definitely choose to come here again 😍

The soba noodles made by the friendly owner are really delicious. It's chewy and cooked just right. The duck soup soba was also excellent. When you visit Izushi, go to Irisaya. it's recommended.

The soba noodles are hand-made and delicious. Dashi is also the best. The spirit of the manager who is particular about how to make it according to the season and temperature is very good. One of the reasons why I want to visit Irisaya again is that they talk to me in a friendly manner. I would like to appreciate that the toilet was also renovated in the fall and became a western style.
