There is a shopping street that stretches several hundred meters from east to west under the Hankyu Railway overpass. The store is located approximately halfway between Shukugawa Station and Nishinomiya Kitaguchi Station. (Slightly closer from Shukugawa) There are restaurants around the area that serve lunch, but Mimatsu-san's is by far the cheapest and you can get lunch for just one coin (500 yen). I had passed by Mimatsu-san on my walk before, but I was wary of the fact that you couldn't see inside the store from the outside and the extremely low prices, so I had never visited before.
