I had initially planned to order an omurice curry set along with a separate piece of katsu at this restaurant. However, the owner kindly explained that they only offered katsu-only set and omurice curry set. Understanding the situation, I opted for the katsu curry set instead. To my delight, when our food arrived, the owner surprised us with a complimentary omelette. This unexpected gesture showcased their generosity and further enhanced our dining experience. It was a small but heartwarming touch that added an extra layer of satisfaction. Despite being an unassuming restaurant in the neighborhood, the food exceeded my expectations. The flavors were delicious, and the dishes were prepared with care. Additionally, the service provided by the owner was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. Don't be fooled by its unassuming appearance; the quality of the food and the outstanding service make it a hidden gem. Whether you're craving a comforting katsu curry or curious about their omurice curry, you won't be disappointed by the taste and overall experience.

What a great first stop in Hiroshima. 4 adults and 1 toddler enjoyed all of our meals. The staff is so accommodating and food came out very quickly. We had the chili chicken, chicken naanban, karaage with grated daikon, tonkatsu, and egg omelet curry with children's sized cutlery for my daughter. Everything was delicious and the staff was very sweet with my daughter. English menu for those who are looking for that. Absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Hiroshima!

Local quality restaurant. We went twice while in Hiroshima, ate in and takeaway. The tonkatsu, curry and karaage are spot on and great value for money. The owners really want to please and look after everyone in store, going out of their way, especially supporting non Japanese speakers. A beautiful restaurant run by beautiful souls cooking beautiful food. Thank you.
