Onomichi, Hiroshima, Japan｜Takahara Seikichi diner

The last dinner before leaving Onomichi was the signature Tamagoyaki and fried chicken wings. The boss is very nice!

This place is absolutely THE BOMB. The venue itself is really stylish - I was a bit intimated and at first I thought I would have spent a fortune to dine here. I was wrong: it's absolutely in line with a common izakaya, and the food is INCREDIBLE. Probably the best dinner I have ever had - the black tofu was *insane*. I ordered a moriawase of sashimi and obanzai, best choice ever. I will definitely go back if I return to Onomichi again. Recommended all the way

Im am shocked by some of the reviews on here. This places deserves 5 stars!! Excellent food, great service, the buildings architecture is a piece of art. And very well priced. Bravo.
