I went there with 5 friends from high school together with the Obon holiday and homecoming. The friend who took me said that it was a recommended shop that I have been going to since I was a child, but it was a shop that I would like to recommend to someone! For the menu, I ordered a loin cutlet set meal of Bono Pork. It's like a small plate of sauce at a yakiniku restaurant, but you can choose from three flavors: salted wasabi, mustard, and homemade miso or grated radish sauce. At first, the shop told me to try it with salt and wasabi, so I ate Tonkachi with salt and wasabi for the first time, but it was really delicious with the fat flavor that is the characteristic of Bono pork! It was a good portion, but it wasn't heavy at all. The staff at the shop are also very kind and friendly, and with that kind of atmosphere, it has become my favorite shop!
