More Comments at Google MapI had seen Udo Suzuki on a travel program before and had always wanted to go there someday. This was my first visit to the store as I was on a business trip. There are a lot of customers in the not-so-large shop, and the business is running at full capacity. The lady was very friendly and I ordered a bowl of salt for lunch that was as good as a kutendon bowl. It was crispy and very delicious. Lunch is a set that includes a small side dish, salad, and fruit. Although the amount of rice was small, I was full. It's a very nice shop where they even see you off when you talk to them on your way home. They have a menu other than tempura, and are apparently open at night. Of course there will be repeats.
The tenant on the 1st floor of the building is a tempura bowl restaurant. It was my first time visiting Hashima City, and there are quite a lot of restaurants like this. The sign looked like a chain store, but it seemed like it was privately run. When it's open at night, it has a pub-like atmosphere, and everyone seems to know each other as regulars. It was a homely atmosphere, and even though I am a foreigner, we started a conversation naturally.
Arrived at Gifu Hashima for work🚅 I found a tempura bowl restaurant when I googled👀 Tendon (regular size), large serving of tanned rice, salty tempura ✋ Halfway through, I noticed that the rice tasted like sesame 😮, but I ate it as it was 🤗 As everyone wrote, the tempura was crispy and delicious😋 Next time I want to eat rice tanned taste 😆
