It has a delicious taste and volume that sets it apart from ordinary pork soup. Pork soup with lots of onions and seasoned with white miso. I thought the pork soup on the rice was the best. It was really delicious. Boiled hijiki is also included as a side dish, so you can change the taste. At first glance, it may seem like there isn't much volume right after you eat it, but it keeps you full.
