I went to Kashiwazaki on a business trip and visited this highly rated restaurant. A standard yakiniku set meal, served with rice. An unbelievable 750 yen for this volume...I'm serious, lol The yakiniku does not have the flavor of yakiniku sauce that most people would imagine, but a soy sauce-based sauce that is not sweet and smooth, and when you mix the sauce with the cabbage garnish and eat it with the meat, it is a complete winner. That's how the rice goes, and the moment I stuffed my face with the rice (Nagaoka rice), I couldn't help but laugh at how delicious it was. The rice baptized me and told me I had come to Niigata. Good taste, good value for money, and friendly staff. This is a wonderful restaurant that you would want to go to every day if you were in your hometown. I think I'll make another business trip to go here.
Despite being a little far from the station, it seems to be a very popular store in the local area, so even if you visit around 12:30, you will have to wait in line. There are various types of customers, from student groups to families to single elderly people, and the most important yakiniku set meal is the meat (simple but perfectly seasoned) and rice that are super voluminous, and the price is in the triple digits, so you can only find popular restaurant elements. . In addition, the atmosphere of the restaurant is very good. At the same time as I longed to visit, I couldn't help but feel the gap between Ena's "Hikari Shokudo" (see separate article) and the one I visited the day before yesterday (probably belonging to the same category).
