Everything I ate was delicious. In particular, the Ginmutsu (grilled fish) was extremely delicious. The rice is going great! The regulars at the counter were nice people, and the shop had a warm atmosphere. They were also kind to solo travelers.

I was on a business trip and stayed near Nagaoka Station, and after reading everyone's posts, I decided to visit by myself. I feel like it was such a waste since I had been staying at a hotel a short drive away. Everything is delicious❗Please order the thick tonkatsu first and enjoy the other dishes until it arrives. I would like to visit you again when I come to Nagaoka❗

A small restaurant with a homely atmosphere run by a 80+● year old owner and a good-natured landlady. It has a good reputation for its taste, and as a famous restaurant, it is always crowded with regular customers. The selling point of this restaurant is fresh seafood, which is simply delicious! I thought I was used to delicious seafood when I came to Niigata, but I was still impressed. There are also other seasonal vegetables and wild plants, so you can enjoy delicious drinks.
