"Okonomiyaki MARU" located on the west side of Saidaiji Ryokuka Park This is a restaurant that serves the most delicious okonomiyaki I've had recently☺︎ What I always eat is “Butatama Modern Soba” Today I just had okonomiyaki in Hiroshima the other day, so I decided to make it the “daily set meal”☺︎ The daily set meal has a lot of small dishes, which makes me happy☺︎By the way, the main meat is grilled sizzlingly on an okonomiyaki iron plate! It's insanely delicious because the firepower is different ☺︎ The two owners are always kind and make you feel at home☺︎

Although it has been in my hometown for a long time, this was my first visit. The location is just to the west across the road from Saidaiji Ryokuka Park. The atmosphere of the shop is retro, reminiscent of the Showa era. Recently, even here in Okayama, there is a Kansai style where everything is mixed and baked, but the Hiroshima style is where the dough is spread out and a lot of cabbage is placed on top and baked. The menu includes okonomiyaki, negiyaki, yam yam, and soba rice. There is a wide variety of dishes such as hormone udon, pork cutlet, fried chicken, buttered chicken, grilled ribs, salt-grilled yellowtail, teriyaki, and bonito tataki. It's run by a couple, so it can take a while when there are a lot of customers. The price is also reasonable. Mayonnaise is sitting on each table. There is a rare ashtray these days. No one was smoking, but it's good for smokers.
