I was surprised at how quickly it was delivered. The okonomiyaki with oysters is a standard dish, so it seemed like they were cooking it ahead of time, but the shrimp omelette soba I ordered was also made very quickly. Oyster okonomiyaki had a lot of oysters in it, and it tasted like oysters and was very delicious. Shrimp om Soba shrimp was very small and disappointing, but it was a very beautiful om. There are many customers, but the turnover rate is good due to the speed of provision, so I am grateful that the waiting time is short.

This is a local okonomiyaki restaurant. I looked it up on Google Maps and came across it. When I visited on a Sunday afternoon, it was crowded with people. The service was perfect: they took my order first, cooked the food when a table was available, and called me on my cell phone. While waiting for the okonomiyaki to be cooked, we visited the Tanukiyama Observation Deck and enjoyed the beautiful sea of ​​Bizen. I want to go again.

The shop is a little narrow, so you need to be careful at noon. I had okonomiyaki, but there were a lot of vegetables and I was more full than I looked, and the taste was delicious and satisfying.
