Mihara, Hiroshima, Japan｜Tokugawa Mihara

Really yummy お好み焼き in Mihara, which was not expensive at all. Particularly reommended was its oyster foods. Super delicious.

I ordered the Hiroshima style by adding ``plenty of green onions'' as a topping. I had the option of eating it on a griddle, but it was so hot. Since I was exhausted, I ordered a plate. There are many okonomiyaki restaurants in Hiroshima, but they often double as izakayas. Dinner time is difficult for outsiders to enter. However, since it is inside the AEON, you can enter without hesitation and smoke is properly separated. The biggest appeal during the coronavirus pandemic is that you can enjoy delicious food.

When you think of Hiroshima, you think of okonomiyaki! Since I came all the way to Hiroshima Prefecture, I wanted to eat something that is typical of Hiroshima, so I was looking for an okonomiyaki restaurant in my neighborhood and found this one. Of course, since I came to Hiroshima, I ordered Hiroshima-style soba noodles. It seems that this shop allows you to bake it yourself, but unfortunately I don't have that kind of skill, so I asked the staff to bake it for me. The compatibility with beer was outstanding, and I was able to fully enjoy the real pleasure of traveling. Also, the staff kindly asked me, "Are you going on a trip today?"
