Okayama, Japan｜Okonomiyaki SOLAIE

There are many menus, and you can choose Kansai style, Hiroshima style, or doroyaki style (?) for okonomiyaki, so I was very lost. This time, we ordered "Sora no Okonomiyaki" and "Okosoba set" for children. Since there is a kids' space while the products come out, the children were able to wait without any time to spare! Sora's okonomiyaki was Hiroshima-style, and it was delicious with a slight flavor of perilla leaves. I don't know if it was on purpose, but I was surprised when a large fried squid (candy) came out from between the okonomiyaki (laughs).

There are many menus, and there is a ranking table, so it's fun to choose! I ordered a lot of things, but they were all delicious and I wanted to go again! ︎ The owner was friendly and the shop had a warm atmosphere (^-^) There is also a kids' space, so I think people with children can feel at ease♪

The owner is also a nice person, and I can clearly see that he is passionate about food. This is a store I would like to visit again. This is my second time now.
