More Comments at Google MapIt was my first time visiting okonomiyaki places in Matsunaga while staying at my friends:) We ordered jyujyu special okonomiyaki and mentaiko tamagoyaki which were so flavorful and delicious🤤!! The service was nice and people were nice too! Definitely will visit again soon! Insta @jayful_joy
I wanted to go there because the signboard was conspicuous. Even though it was a little after 11 o'clock, there were already a few customers ordering takeout, and the inside of the restaurant smelled like okonomiyaki. There were four employees, so I thought it must be a popular store. I was called to the counter and sat down, but I love watching okonomiyaki being made. I'm looking at it carefully. One thing that surprised me was the way the ingredients were placed. Sometimes the cabbage is placed in a plop, while others are placed in a circular shape. The process of making it is so thorough! It is hygienic to put it in the refrigerator once. It takes a tremendous amount of time to bake one piece, but instead of leaving it to bake, we check each piece over and over again for doneness, and each piece is made with a lot of love. Is it the person who seems to be the manager and the disciple? I thought that the taste might be different because they were cooked in a different way, but the manager did it halfway for me, so the Fuchuyaki was crispy and delicious. Crispy and super-shredded cabbage go so well together. The taste of the ingredients comes out without being fooled by the powder. Unfortunately, once you order, there is a system where you cannot order anything other than drinks. I don't know why though. I was told that women can order half-sized portions because it's quite large, but I'm such a big eater that half-sized portions just aren't enough for me. After that, I wanted to record a video of me baking it. It was a performance-based way of baking. However, the store clerk looked very tough, so is it okay if I take a picture of her? That was hard to hear. . . After all, it was written in the comment that cell phones are not allowed. They have frozen okonomiyaki in the store. So you can also wait for the frozen food to go home. I thought my friends from far away would be happy with these, two pieces of okonomiyaki and my curry. I purchased 2 and had them shipped. I was wondering if you would like to send the items that are in the freezer? “I’ll bake it for you today and send it to you,” he said with a smile. a! Not scary. And they were kind enough to bake it for me. The other staff members were also polite, and when they had free time, they would clean the store by washing the windows. I guess this will vary depending on the customer. Some people don't like cleaning while they're eating. I'm busy, but I wish I could take a break when I have free time. . Even cleaning. I thought he was a person who would do his best even for just one minute. I fully understand the deliciousness ratings in the reviews. I feel that the lack of stars is because the craftsmen are particular about making things. However, efforts were made to correct the points noted. He was very polite on the phone and carefully shifted the slips in the correct order. However, I didn't get a very good impression of him blatantly touching his cell phone while checking the grilling. Personally. . . I want to go again.
I stopped by around 12:00 on a weekday. I heard that the meatball menu is cheaper on Thursdays, so I stopped by without knowing it, but then I ordered the meatball. Last time I visited the store for the first time, I ordered the moist soba and it was very delicious, so this time I tried the crispy udon. When I make it at home, I use Chinese noodles, so I didn't know what it would be like with udon, but I enjoyed the chewy and crispy parts of the udon and it was delicious! There is a wait even on weekdays, but it's so delicious that you'll want to eat it even if you have to wait. I want to try it with spicy noodles next time postscript I also tried spicy noodles! The moment I put it in my mouth, I didn't feel the spiciness so much, but when I took a bite, the spiciness welled up and it was drier than I expected. After eating and comparing 3 types of noodles, all were delicious, but I liked udon the most. Pork kimchi okonomiyaki was also very delicious!
