There are both Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki and Kansai-style okonomiyaki. Both are okonomiyaki that are lightly grilled. I had Hiroshima's okonomiyaki with soba meatballs and green onion topping. It was very delicious!

Normal and natto topping. First visit in 12-3 years. It's very nostalgic. The interior has changed, and the impression is quite different from before (of course...) In the past, an uncle and an aunt would bake, and we would say things like, ``I prefer the uncle's cooking,'' and ``I prefer the aunt's.'' This time, neither the uncle nor the aunt were present, and a young man (?) took their place. I had the impression that the okonomiyaki back then was thicker and fluffier, but that wasn't the case this time. Of course the taste is different, but what I felt was the biggest difference was the volume. It felt like a lot more compared to back then. I used to feel like I would eat everything right away, but I guess I'm getting older... Anyway, it was very nostalgic. Thank you for the meal!

The sour and spiciness of red Mexican is good! It's great that the sauce tastes weird! A restaurant where you can enjoy Kansai-style and modern okonomiyaki to suit your mood.
