More Comments at Google MapWho would have thought that a restaurant above a bicycle shop in an old building outside central Tokyo would catch the attention of Michelin Guide, and three years in a row at that? Even the reviews from diners posting on Tabelog ranked Naniwa to be among the 11 best okonomiyaki restaurants all over Japan. I was oblivious of those feats up until we were about to pay our bill. It was then when I saw the display of awards on the cabinet near the entrance. Naniwa definitively deserved the recognition. Everything we ordered was flavorsome and the service was terrific. The serving staff approached our table from time to time, teaching us how to make takoyaki and suggesting ways to enjoy our grilled meat and yakisoba. Helpful tips: 1. Make a reservation before making your way to this 25-seater restaurant. 2. Sit at the table near the windows so you won’t get teary-eyed from the smoke coming from the teppan.
A store I've always wanted to go to I love flour I love shops like this The inside of the store is too clean Grandpas and grandmas in Kansai have been doing this for a long time. This feels old or nostalgic! ! Reminds me of my hometown I think reservations are necessary. Please call before you go to check availability and secure seats. Should I make a reservation a few days in advance? This process of making a reservation is troublesome. He's not good at it either so I kept putting it off for a long time lol It’s my long-awaited desire, my nostalgia, and my favorite powdered food. tension max At times like this, I have too many expectations and don't cook too much... Isn't that a lot? Naniwa is fine, she will overcome it easily. As rumored, it's delicious! ! iron plate in the middle of the desk Yeah, it has to be like this I'm happy to be able to eat it hot forever. The takoyaki was even cooked. I am in the front three rows of the photo, and he is in the back three rows. Is it because I grew up after all? The beauty is different lol I also had garlic shrimp, pork balls, and grilled green onions. Stomach is full There were still some menu items I wanted to try, but I'll see next time. It's really delicious, so please try it!
The inside of the store had a retro feel and was crowded. Reservations are required. We grilled oysters, offal, and squid on an iron plate. Okonomiyaki etc. will be grilled and brought to you and placed on the iron plate. It was delicious. For the takoyaki, the flour batter is poured in for you, and you can add the octopus etc. and bake it yourself. It's really fun.
