Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima, Japan｜Okonomiyaki ChinChiKuRin

Food was good and different from just ramen and sushi in our trip to Japan. Service was great even though we were barely able to communicate.

The most tasty okonomiyaki ever!! I love the different types of okonomiyaki options. The staff was friendly and the service was quick & efficient. I’d recommend for anyone in the area to stop by and give it a try.

Great to see vegan label so clearly on the menu and easy to order, staff are really friendly and it's a well lit and fun place with views from the back tables of the ferries going to and from the island of Miyajima. Easy to find on 2F of the port building. Sometimes have local craft beer (not when we went) and unfortunately use single use waribashi chopsticks at the table so bring your own for cleaner, less wasteful options. I also like their grilled yamaimo mountain potato which comes with wasabi and in a soy sauce dressing. You can also see the delivery robot in action which is fun!
