While picking it up, I waited for Hiroshima-yaki of shiso cheese and soba half balls. The store clerk skillfully grills it, and watching it will increase your appetite. This is a long-established Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki restaurant. I used to go there a lot when I was a kid! The inside of the store is not large with only the counter, and it has not changed from the old days, but it is well cleaned and beautiful. When it comes to rice, it will be crowded, but I think the rotation is good. It's fun to watch the food being cooked in front of you, and the taste is delicious. You can choose between soba or udon noodles to put inside. You can choose one ball or half ball. Half an egg was enough to fill me up! The store clerk was friendly, and the part-time worker was very nice and thoughtful.
