Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima, Japan｜Okonomiyaki Chitomi

Very tasty authentic okonomiyaki, it was even customized to our liking. Super nice and fast service, there was even a greeting from the kitchen 🙂 Highly recommended, gladly again! Many greetings from Germany!

Visited for lunch on Saturday. The location is at the edge of a residential area away from the main street. A cheerful aunty will bake it for you. Meatball soba is a reasonable price at 650 yen. I'm also happy that the green onion topping is the default! The basic sauce is Otafuku's commercial sauce, but if you request, you can finish it off with a spicy sauce (this is also free). Okonomiyaki itself has a gentle flavor that is slowly steamed. I was impressed by the fact that it wasn't overly seasoned. If you are unsatisfied, just adjust it yourself!

A counter-only shop. I stopped by during my trip. The menu is simple. was delicious! It was a trip of 4 days and 3 nights. The parking lot is limited, but I was able to park the Hiace wagon enough.
