Today I went to Micchan for the first time in several years. It was around 11:30, so I was able to enter the store without having to wait. Today I ordered pork soba okonomiyaki. I think the secret to Micchan's popularity is that the vegetables inside are very delicious and it doesn't rely on sauce.

I was well aware that it would be crowded, so I made a reservation at the store for 10:30, just in time for the store's opening at 11:00. When it opened at 11am, about 20 people came and the restaurant was full🈵, but the two of us were able to get in right away. This time it's Okonomiyaki, double-boiled meat, soft-boiled squid, tempura soba with double green onions ~☺️ (Image included) This is my favorite 👍 If you're fascinated by soft-boiled eggs, you'll be hooked on the deliciousness. The taste is better than the price❗ On the way home, I brought Micchan's special sauce to my son. At my house too (lol) My son will be home on the 1st, so I'll stop by Micchan's Hiroshima Station ekie store to eat and see him off😅 I’m intoxicated by the taste I haven’t had in four and a half months☺️ Manager San, I will stop by again~☺️ I made a reservation in May 2023 and had it deliciously in the store (^_^) I've uploaded the image. This is a famous Hiroshima-yaki chain store. Located in Yume Town. I think the store is spacious and the staff are well trained. We recommend the special soba for 1,150 yen. It's full of volume. If you need sauce or mayonnaise, you can use the ones provided at the table. You can choose between a plate or iron plate. The iron plate is delicious and recommended. The soba noodles are also crispy and well-cooked. It is delicious.
