Onomichi, Hiroshima, Japan｜Sanshin

Although the menu isn't in English, the chef at the time, Yamashita (I think), pointed out the additional Okonomiyaki ingredients i.e. pork, squid, chicken... as the usual go to. Staff good, food good. Isn't a loud place, price is pretty good, had a beer, squid okonomiyaki, and some wings for about £12.

All the dishes were very delicious ✨ The Onomichi yaki was especially voluminous and satisfying. I was traveling with small children, so it was helpful to have a tatami room. The store owner and staff were very nice people, they talked kindly to the children, and they prepared tableware and chairs for the children, making it a comfortable place. I would definitely like to go again when I come to Onomichi.
