The sauce is said to be a slightly spicy sauce famous in Hiroshima, so if you like mumps or carp sauce, you may have different tastes. You can also adjust the noodles in 0.5 serving increments, so you can choose just the right amount. I think 1.5 servings is enough for an adult male to be satisfied.
