Matsunami is a famous restaurant representing Tokyo that also participates in the Teppan Conference. I was selfish and had the third generation cook it for me. Yakisoba with shucked clams, asparagus, and minced beef. I am grateful for the opportunity to experience the Okonomiyaki culture that is unique to the Ningyocho area.

Established in 1951, Matsunami is a famous teppanyaki and okonomiyaki restaurant. The okonomiyaki is full of originality. Okonomiyaki is ★Matsunami-yaki (clams, green onions) ★Order Naniwayaki (mitsuba, small pillar, kamaboko, egg) A type of okonomiyaki where you can enjoy the fresh ingredients themselves, such as clams and small pieces of shellfish. It has a unique flavor that goes better with soy sauce than with sauce. ★I also received the Teppanyaki set. It contains several items, including large, fresh, plump scallops and high-quality domestically-produced thinly sliced ​​beef. As expected, this menu is also baked with carefully selected ingredients. ★I also ordered ``yakisoba''. The taste does not disappoint as expected. With squid and mitsuba on top, this yakisoba also has a strong Japanese atmosphere. Everything on the menu is beyond imagination and delicious. This is a teppanyaki restaurant that caters to adults.

It is located in a location that is somewhat difficult to find from Ningyocho Station. The building is styled like a Japanese restaurant, giving the impression of a prestigious atmosphere that makes it difficult for strangers to enter. The inside of the store is very clean and stylish as it was rebuilt three years ago. I took off my shoes and was led into a hall. The octagonal (?) table was a bit cramped for four people, but on the other hand, it was easy to talk and have fun. It's reasonably priced and the teppanyaki ingredients are good. Drinks and food are served quickly and customer service is good. Matsunami-yaki was more delicious than I expected and I wanted to eat it again. Cheap and delicious!
