I've been coming here occasionally over the years, and I think Chigiraya is the best place to go for a drink alone in Koenji! Master looks scary, but he's kind!

A standing teppanyaki restaurant where you can drink very cheaply. A favorite in Koenji.

The best standing bar in Koenji! The knob is cheap and delicious. The manga in the restroom is also good, with Takashi Imashiro and Mare Karibose!
