Once you go up the elevator, you are seated right away, and they turn your grill on. The ordering process is through the phone with a QR code; once your order is entered, they start serving you instantly. For me, I had shrimp, clam, and squid Okonomiyaki. They give the batter mixture to you in a bowl and tell you to read the instructions. If you are having trouble, they will notice and show you the correct way in a polite manner. I really enjoyed the experience.

I ate okonomiyaki and monjayaki as toppings. It was difficult to cook and eat it myself, but it was fun. In particular, the monjayaki was even more delicious because it was specially made by the owner. I enjoyed a very special experience with Japanese food. In particular, the addition of kimchi topping is a very special taste.

Excellent food, excellent experience. Staff were very ftiendly and helpful. Been to Japan twice and I went to Honjin both times. Will definitely come back again.
