I had the Kokutaiji-yaki. It tastes somewhere between okonomiyaki and yakisoba. It is also different from modern yaki. The yakisoba is crispy and delicious. They also serve sauce and mayonnaise, so you can enjoy the delicious cabbage inside.

The taste is outstanding. There is more space inside the store than the Hanako Iidabashi store, and there are fewer group customers, so it's less noisy. Especially on holidays, you can relax and enjoy dinner with your family or couple. I get the impression that there are a lot of people visiting by themselves.

Hanako in Iidabashi has won a Bib Gourmand in the past, so I went there with high expectations, but the original okonomiyaki had crispy noodles (if you added more noodles, you could have the texture of regular yakisoba, but it was just 1 ball) The sauce was very sweet, which was a little different from what I had imagined, so I didn't really enjoy it from the first time. For those who are not familiar with Hiroshima's okonomiyaki, it may take some getting used to. However, even though the price range is already affordable, women get a 100 yen discount on Thursdays, and one extra ball is free on Fridays, so the cost performance is very good, so I will try it again. Next time I would like to try udon instead of soba. When I visited, it was a late lunch time on a weekday, so there were no guests, so I'm giving it 5 stars as a sign of my support. Actually it's 4 stars.
