Delicious Hiroshima style okonomiyaki with cozy atmosphere. Very kind staffs.

It takes less than 20 minutes on foot from Itabashi Kuyakusho-mae Station on the Mita Line. There is a shop with a unique name in front of the Itabashi Metropolitan Tax Office, passing through the residential area and reaching Kawagoe Highway. The restaurant has a teppan counter and a few table seats, and there are one man and one woman at the counter who appear to be regulars. It felt like a group of men and women had already ordered and were waiting at the table. Temperature measurement and alcohol disinfection required. I wanted to watch it being grilled, so I took a seat at the counter. When I looked for the menu, I found a menu board inserted into the side of the chair. I thought the pork ball soba was a must and I also wanted the green onion and squid tempura, but then I realized that the Hiroshima special, which covers everything, was a good deal, so I ordered it. Hiroshima-style food eaten outside of Hiroshima is often disappointing, as it's more like Hiroshima-style Modo than Hiroshima-style, but this restaurant is OK! Small plates, chopsticks, and trowels are provided for each dish, which is great for people like me who don't like eating with trowels. thank you. The soft texture of squid tempura made me feel nostalgic and reminded me of when I was in my 20s. After I ate half of it, I asked for mayonnaise (free) and it tasted weird. The sauce doesn't seem to be the Otafuku sauce that I used to eat a long time ago (Mihara's tengu sauce), so it was a little strange but delicious because I remember the taste from a long time ago.

Both the manager and the okonomiyaki chef Apparently he is a native Hiroshima native. There are some harsh comments though I don't have any particular concerns about the store staff. I thought he had a nice personality as well. I guess I was in a bad mood lol. Is it a place? Is it in this day and age? It was pretty empty. I'm satisfied (^^) I want to go again.
