Very nice traditional food and warm welcome. No english menu but the people can make we have happy hour.

I was looking for an izakaya near the hotel, so I came here because it was close, and it felt like I found a hidden local restaurant! All the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is nice haha. If you don't speak Japanese, communication may be a bit difficult, but with a translator and your wits, you can at least communicate haha.

I went alone last night and had the okonomiyaki special, draft beer, and apple cider. The food is delicious and most of all, the owner is very friendly. I understand a little bit of Japanese, but I'm not very good at speaking it, but they treated me warmly. Since it was my first time making okonomiyaki, I said I didn't know how to make it, so they even made it for me. I really recommend this restaurant. If you ever go to Nippori Station, be sure to stop by!! The number of tables in the store is small, with only 4 tables, and reservations are sometimes required, so it would be a good idea to arrive at the right time. Oh, and please note that the system requires a 300 yen meal and one drink each, so you can only pay in cash.
