Great restaurant in Sakai! The food was delicious, the staff really welcoming and they did well with basic English! Really typical, and really good price for value! If I understood correctly, the cook was working in the Shimano factory of Sakai back in the day, really interesting talking to him if not crowded!

Excellent Okonomiyaki in a small, lovely couple-owned, shop. About 6 options to choose from, on top of other menu options. The ice cream is also recommended. A nice retreat from downtown Osaka, if you're in the area.
