This is a trusted okonomiyaki brand that is very popular in the Kansai region. Modern-yaki yakisoba is chewy and delicious. I went there after 11 o'clock on a weekend, and there were about two groups of customers ahead of me, so the seats were pretty empty, but by 12 o'clock it was almost full. It was a hot day at 35 degrees Celsius outside, but the air conditioner was working really hard (cool white air was blowing out from the air vents built into the ceiling) and the inside of the restaurant was comfortable. I was able to enjoy okonomiyaki in a cool restaurant. All the okonomiyaki will be grilled for you by the staff at the table, so you don't have to worry about cooking it. Yakisoba is cooked in the kitchen and brought to your own hot plate. I ordered the modern yaki from Fugetsu Deluxe and the ikabutadama (this is a regular okonomiyaki), but the modern yaki is quite filling, so if you're going with two people, order the modern yaki and the regular okonomiyaki to share. It might be good to eat. Fugetsu Deluxe has a lot of toppings such as squid, shrimp, pork, beef, beef tendon, and fried egg. What's more, it's modern-grilled, so it's full of volume. I feel like it would be impossible to know how to bake it unless you were from the restaurant. Yakisoba is chewy and delicious with lots of ingredients.
