Run by a highly energetic and friendly woman chef, this cozy Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki (ingredients are layered one by one vs all mixed into the batter of the 'Osaka Style) okonomiyaki) restaurant is off the beaten path...but well worth seeking out!! The okonomiyaki served here come in many varieties of topping options, with and without soba noodles. Personally, I love having bacon, squid crackers and soba noodles in mine. And when the season is right, fresh oysters also make a great additional topping. All sorts of standard alcohol and non-alcohol beverages are available...but try the namesake organic sake made from Yamagata rice...which is light and flavorful and pairs nicely with the rich taste of the main meal. And surprisingly...red wine goes nicely with the delicious okonomiyaki here. Go check it out!!! You won't regret it!

Ohhhhh.... soooo gooood 🤤 Okonomiyaka 🍤 🥞 (Japanese Savory Pancake)!! This is Hiroshima Style using Soba or Udon noodles .... 🍺 Staff and other customers (locals mostly) are very friendly! Make reservations because they fill up fast for dinner!

Delicious Hiroshima style okonomiyaki! Small place, few seats. Only 2 parking spots out front. Chef spoke English and I put a picture of the English menu too.
