Rating: 3.5+ If you want to taste the "Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki" introduced to the world at the Hiroshima Summit outside of Hiroshima, this would be one of the best places to visit. Here, you don't have to cook it yourself, as British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak did, but skilled artisans will cook it for you! You can choose from a variety of ingredients, such as pork, squid, and noodles. Once cooked, the chef will season the okonomiyaki with dried bonito flakes, sauce, and aonori (green laver), and then you can adjust the seasoning to your preference with additional sauces or spicy mayonnaise. Amazing food!!! The owner is ultra kind!! You can really see home made okonomiyaki! They also keep maintain to be really clean. Little bit hidden from busy street and only 3 minutes walk from ofuna station.. Totally recommend!
