I have lived near this restaurant for almost 20 years and never had a chance to visit, but I finally did. The restaurant was larger than I expected, and each table was equipped with a teppan (iron plate). This time I ordered monjayaki and regular okonomiyaki. Both were delicious and satisfying. The only disappointing point was that they only accept cash for the bill.

It’s a nice cozy place run by a sweet old couple. Good food, foreigners friendly, fair prices & have vegetarian options too!

I am a big fan of fried squid set meal! The moderately thick fried squid is very soft and crispy. The various small bowls are well-balanced, and it comes with a bite of fruit and hot coffee for less than 1,000 yen. It's close to my workplace, so I go there once a week. We also recommend the stir-fried vegetables and the large horse mackerel set meal!
